The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is an organization formed
to identify and honor top practitioners in the field of labor and employment
law, and to promote understanding between lawyers representing different
interests such as employers, unions, and individual employees outside
the union context. The College tries to provide models of effectiveness,
practicality, and civility as examples and role models for newer attorneys.
I chaired its Committee on Standards of Practice and Procedure while
it developed the College’s model code of conduct.
The College’s web site is www.laborandemploymentcollege.org.
